Justin Daley is a Litigation Associate at the Law Offices of Jeffrey Goldman. He focuses his practice on employment law, including wage and hours case, class actions, collective actions, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and whistleblower claims. He is engaged in complex and cutting-edge litigations which challenges the status quo.
Mr. Daley has had significant experience working at the St. Vincent de Paul Legal Program, Inc., in both their Securities Arbitration and Consumer Justice for the Elderly departments. He counseled clients regarding FINRA claims of suitability and churning. He also worked on settlement agreements, home improvement litigation and consumer debt cases for low income, elderly residents in Queens.
Mr. Daleyhas interned for the New York Police Department, Department Advocate’s Office. He analyzed claims of police brutality and fourth amendment violations in administrative court to hold police officers accountable for their misconduct.
Mr. Daley is admitted to the New York Bar, the SDNY and the EDNY. He received his bachelor degree in Sociology from the University at Albany where he was an active member of several student groups and worked as a legal assistant for a foreclosure law firm. He received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. During his time there, he participated in various mock trial and arbitration competitions and took courses in international law, employment law, and litigation practice.
